How do I buy from Tile Atelier?
Browse the full catalogue online, then add products to your project or request a quote. Our team confirms availability, delivery and final pricing before you commit — every order is personally quoted. All displayed prices are in AUD and include GST; tiles are priced per square metre and sold by the box.
Do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
We deliver across the Gold Coast on pallet freight — the right way to move tiles without breakages. Your exact delivery price is calculated with your quote, before you commit, and always includes GST. There are no surprises at the door.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Showroom collection is available and is arranged with your order — visit the showroom to see the collection in person first.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Samples are $4.95 inc GST delivered, and the sample cost is credited back when you order that tile.
How much tile should I order?
Tiles are fired in batches, and colour can vary slightly from batch to batch. We recommend ordering your full project quantity at once, with around 15% extra for cuts, pattern and breakage, so everything on your floor comes from the same batch. We track batches on every order.
What are the lead times?
Lead times vary by range and are confirmed with your quote.
What is your returns policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery or collection — unopened full boxes from current batches can usually be returned. Special-order and clearance items are excluded, and return freight is arranged with our team. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — see our Delivery & Returns page for the full policy.
Where is the showroom, and do I need an appointment?
The showroom is at 2/108 Ferry Road, Southport QLD 4215. Showroom visits are welcome — bring your plans, a bench-top sample or just an idea, and we will walk the collection with you. For dedicated time with our team, book a design consultation, or call 07 5554 8579 to discuss your project.
