Who we are
Tile Atelier Pty Ltd (ABN 78 698 180 086) is a tile and surfaces showroom at 2/108 Ferry Road, Southport QLD 4215. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry, request a quote or sample, book a consultation, or save products to My Selection, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your project. We use them for exactly that purpose: answering you, preparing quotes, arranging deliveries and looking after your project. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Website analytics
Our website keeps simple first-party statistics — for example, which pages lead to enquiries — stored on our own systems. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to keep automated spam out; it checks that a submission comes from a real person.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We use Google Ads conversion tracking. When you successfully send an enquiry through our website, a Google tag records that a lead was submitted so we can tell which of our advertising brought genuine enquiries. This uses cookies set by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy. It measures the enquiry itself — your name, message and contact details are not shared with Google. You can limit ads cookies in your browser settings or via Google's ad settings.
Who we share information with
Only the services needed to run the business: our accounting platform for invoicing, our email provider for sending you quotes and confirmations, and suppliers or couriers where that's needed to fulfil your order — and then only the details they need (for example, a delivery address). We never give suppliers your billing details.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it where we're not required to keep it (tax law requires us to retain transaction records). Call us on 07 5554 8579 or ask in the showroom. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
